作为考试制度的重大改革,去年已有北京、上海、重庆等11省市对语、数、外三科自主命题,今年又增加了山东等三个省市。考试权限下放,体现各地教育特色,引导各地教育因地制宜是教育改革的大趋势。2004年高考尘埃落定。2005年命题迫在眉睫,但一线教师对我们的自主命题仍有很多话要说。下面是重庆市一些语文教师和教研员对我市语文自主命题的一些肺腑之言。他们的发言仅供参考,不代表本刊编辑部的观点。
As a major reform of the examination system, last year, 11 cities and provinces including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, etc. had their own propositions on language, number, and foreign subjects. This year, they added three provinces and cities such as Shandong. Decentralization of examination authority, embodying the characteristics of local education, and guiding local education to local conditions are the major trends in educational reform. The college entrance examination dust settled in 2004. The 2005 proposition is imminent, but the front-line teachers still have a lot to say about our autonomy.
