目的观察头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及细菌对该药的耐药性。方法呼吸道感染门诊患者30例应用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗,疗程7d,并做药敏实验。结果有效率91.7%。分离出32株致病菌,药物总敏感率为87.5%。结论头孢哌酮-舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效好,细菌耐药低,是一种抗菌谱广,杀菌作用强的耐敏抗菌素。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cefoperazone-sulbactam in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections and the drug resistance of the bacteria to the drug. Methods Thirty cases of outpatients with respiratory tract infection were treated with cefoperazone-sulbactam for 7 days, and drug susceptibility test was performed. The result was 91.7% efficient. 32 pathogens isolated, the total drug sensitivity was 87.5%. Conclusion Cefoperazone - sulbactam treatment of lower respiratory tract infection with good clinical efficacy, bacterial resistance is low, is a broad antibacterial spectrum, strong bactericidal effect of resistant antibiotics.
