合理的钻孔布置方式能够提高瓦斯抽放效率、减少工程成本。以万峰矿的地质和瓦斯资料为基础,根据构造曲率的基本原理,结合井下煤体结构观察及部分渗透率测试,得出万峰矿1103工作面构造曲率与渗透率的关系,据此划分出高、中、低渗透区域。根据渗透性大小,对该矿常用的平行钻孔和扇形钻孔进行了设计和对比。对比结果表明:该工作面使用平行钻孔进行瓦斯抽放,既可以提高抽放效率,又能减少工程成本,抽放效果较好。
Reasonable drilling arrangement can improve gas drainage efficiency and reduce construction costs. According to the geological and gas data of Wanfeng Mine, according to the basic principle of the structural curvature, combined with the observation of underground coal body structure and partial permeability test, the relationship between the structural curvature and permeability of 1103 working face of Wanfeng Mine is deduced, , Medium and low permeability area. According to the permeability, the parallel drilling and fan drilling commonly used in the mine were designed and compared. The comparison results show that: the face using parallel drilling for gas drainage can not only improve drainage efficiency, but also reduce project costs, drainage effect is better.
