随着我国经济的快速发展,对能源的需求不断的增加。我国煤矿资源丰富,但是地质条件极其复杂,在采矿的过程中经常会出现一些安全事故,导致井下人员的伤亡。为了加大煤矿的生产产量,企业使用的机械设备越来越多,在这些设备当中液压支架的使用受到越来越多的重视,它能够改善和提升煤矿生产和运输设备的效率,同时也减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。本文介绍了煤矿二次加压的原理,并对其优化设计方案进行了探讨。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand for energy continues to increase. China’s coal mines are rich in resources, but the geological conditions are extremely complicated. In the course of mining, some safety accidents often occur, leading to the casualties of downhole workers. In order to increase the production output of coal mines, more and more machinery and equipment are used by enterprises, and the use of hydraulic supports in these equipments is receiving more and more attention. It can improve and enhance the efficiency of coal mine production and transportation equipment, The staff’s labor intensity. This paper introduces the principle of secondary pressurization in coal mines, and discusses its optimal design.
