Based on selected drugs, this article discusses in depth the technical aspects of their formulation, such as preforming work, and the technical aspects of the formulation of solid preparations, especially their bioavailability. The principles involved also apply to other, less commonly used drugs. The pharmaceutical technology discussed is considered from the point of view of the processing of the formulation.
