前格栅的通风性能不仅影响整车的发动机舱的冷却性能,同时也影响整车空调制冷效果和空气动力学性能。在造型初期,通过对前格栅开口率计算,不仅为前格栅进风量大小提供衡量依据,同时也为后续整车发动机舱热管理流场CFD分析提供数据支持。
The ventilation performance of the front grille not only affects the cooling performance of the engine compartment of the vehicle, but also affects the air-conditioning and cooling performance and the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. In the early stage of modeling, calculating the aperture ratio of the front grille not only provides the basis for measuring the air volume of the front grille, but also provides data support for the CFD analysis of the thermal management flow field in the engine compartment of the subsequent vehicle.
