新课改如火如荼地展开,体育教学的改革也势在必行。高中生由于缺乏前期锻炼,因此在体育项目上基本是空白。高中学科在学生心目中地位高低的依据不是兴趣,也不是实际应用的重要性,而是在考试中所占的分数比重。为了提高学生的整体身心素质,将体育融入高中生的生活中,论述如何在常规体育课堂教学中探讨创新教学法指导学生锻炼,使学生的综合素质特别是身体素质得到提升与发展。
The new curriculum reform in full swing, the reform of physical education is imperative. Due to lack of pre-workout, high school students are basically blank in sports. The basis of high school disciplines in the minds of students is not based on interest, nor is it the importance of practical applications, but the proportion of the scores in the examination. In order to improve students ’overall physical and mental qualities, this article integrates sports into the life of high school students, and discusses how to explore innovative teaching methods to guide students’ exercise in regular physical education classroom teaching so as to enhance their overall quality, especially their physical fitness.
