中药甘草具有广泛的药理作用,如抗肿瘤、抗炎杀菌、抗病毒、保肝、抗心肌缺血以及抗纤维化等作用。本文通过对甘草中皂苷类成分的研究及其作用机制进行综述,为甘草皂苷类成分的开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
