MEBO治疗婴幼儿烧伤184例分析

本文经过对184例婴幼儿烧伤治疗的总结分析认为：婴幼儿烧伤主要为热液烫伤，以四肢、头面部烧伤最多见。MEBO在婴幼儿烧伤治疗中，具有止痛快、痛苦小，感染少、疗程短；瘢痕轻、功能好的优点。MEBT在头、面、颈、会阴等不宜包扎部位的烧伤治疗中独具优势。MEBO湿润减压（不加压）包扎疗法在四肢等部位的烧伤治疗中效果更佳。两种办法配合使用，是目前婴幼儿烧伤治疗中较为理想的好方法。

This article after 184 cases of infant treatment of burn concluded that: infants and young children burn mainly hydrothermal burns, with limbs, head and face burns the most common. MEBO in infants and young children burn treatment, with pain relief, pain, less infection, short course; scar, good function. MEBT in head, face, neck, perineum and other parts should not be bandaged burn treatment unique. MEBO wet decompression (no pressure) bandaging therapy in limbs and other parts of the treatment of burn better. Two methods with the use of the current treatment of infants and young children is a good way to burn better.
