在介绍世界能源发展趋势及我国能源情况的基础上,指出天然气在我国未来能源中将占重要地位;逐步建立我国LNG工业的技术装备是发展我国天然气工业的重要手段;对国内LNG工业发展所必需的原料、技术、产品市场和资金等基本条件进行了分析;建议发展我国LNG工业应分三个阶段并要充分利用国内巨大潜力,统一规划。
On the basis of introducing the trend of energy development in the world and the energy situation in China, it is pointed out that natural gas will play an important role in the future energy of our country. To gradually establish the technical equipment of LNG industry in our country is an important means to develop China’s natural gas industry. It is necessary for the development of domestic LNG industry The basic conditions of raw materials, technology, product market and capital are analyzed. It is suggested that the development of China’s LNG industry should be divided into three stages and the full potential of the country should be fully utilized and unified planning should be made.
