In this paper, a Monte Carlo simulation method for the fluorescence receiving efficiency of scintillation detector is given, which simulates the transport of photons in the scintillator and the reflection and transmission on the surface of the scintillator. Considering the diffuse reflection of light on the surface of the scintillator And diffuse transmission, the Phong reflection model and the Hall transmission model were used to calculate the light receiving efficiency when the photo cathode of the detector was in different azimuths. Theoretical simulation results show that the fluorescence receiving efficiency is related to the surface roughness of the scintillator, and the fluorescence receiving efficiency near the 120 ° direction is the largest, which is in good agreement with the experimental results.
