40例明确诊断为早期DN患者,在基础治疗基础上给予海昆肾喜胶囊,于治疗前8周分别检测血清胱抑素、尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐的变化。结果海昆肾喜胶囊可明显降低早期DN患者的血清胱抑素及尿蛋白水平(P<0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊可改善早期DN患者的肾功能,早期应用有利于延缓早期DN的进展。
Forty patients with early DN were diagnosed as early DN. On the basis of basic treatment, Haikun Shenxi Capsule was given. Serum cystatin, urinary protein, urea nitrogen and creatinine were measured 8 weeks before treatment. Results Haikun Shenxian capsule can significantly reduce the serum levels of cystatin and urinary protein in patients with early DN (P <0.05). Conclusion Hai Kun Shen Xi capsule can improve renal function in patients with early DN, early application is conducive to delaying the progress of early DN.
