引言苏联在平炉上已采用了新牌号低合金的矽锰钢(钢25?7314-55)来代替CT5钢的生产,可以节约钢筋用钢达20%以上.结合国内的具体情况,我们认为有必要在小型侧吹转炉中进行试验,以适应目前各种炼钢炉的不同生产任务.1956年6月至8月,我们在上海第一钢厂的小型侧吹酸性转炉上连续试验了九炉,并参照了?7314-55的化学成份炼制出不同含炭量的钢(其它成份含量尽量固定),冀以最后能对酸性转炉钢提出合适的化学成份规格.
