顺自然而不逆天道,趋成就而不刻意为之,凡事均如此。这天道的“道”是理想的,时间的,希冀永恒。 我们在企业经营和管理中,也讲究一个顺其自然与人相处,合乎社会规律地生存。果真如此,统治者就会谦卑若谷,劳动者就会为而不争,而且企业和社会就自然而然地正常发展,人们丝毫不敢破坏这个规矩,一旦破坏了这个规矩,人类纯朴而又自然的那种状态,就会被文明的狡诈和阴谋所代替,这样生活就不会再有安详与和平。
