Objective To investigate the change of classification and counting of lymphocytes in unbreakable solid shell of a crash submarine so as to further explore the changes of immune function. Methods Four healthy male subjects were used to simulate the unbreakable solid shell environment of the failed submarine with a 500 m saturated diving system to control the oxygen concentration (18 ± 1)%, the concentration of carbon dioxide (2 ± 0.5)%, the temperature of 10 ~ 18 ℃, emergency lighting, emergency nutrition supply. Fasting blood samples were collected on day 2, day 4 and day 8 respectively before the test, and the lymphocyte categories were detected by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of T cells increased at the beginning of the experiment, but then gradually decreased and approached the normal value. The percentage of B cells decreased and decreased significantly on the 8th day. The NK cells decreased significantly on the 2nd day of exposure and then recovered. Tc Decreased, compared with before the test were significantly different; Th increased, but not significant. Conclusion The unbreakable environmental conditions of the solid shell of the crash submarine have a certain impact on the classification of human blood lymphocytes. The change of the classification and counting of immune cells in the population indicates that the immune function is decreased.
