2006年12月25日星期一多云新的一周开始了,我像往常一样不到8点就来到办公室,刚坐下电话铃响了,打电话的是敦化路社区的郭主任,他说:“据敦化路73号的居民反映,小区附近的‘环宇’项目工地最近经常24小时施工,严重影响了周围100多户居民的休息,居民意见很大,要求开发商立即停止夜间施工,并对造成的精神损失给予补偿,否则将阻止施工。”我马上召开紧急党工委会议,向党工委成员说明情况,指出问题的严重性,提出工作目标,明确各自的任务:
