通过查阅国内外相关文献,进行分析、归纳,综述发育过程中细胞色素P450 2C(cytochrome P450 2C,CYP2C)代谢酶的变化以及该酶基因多态性对临床用药的影响。不同年龄CYP2C9和CYP2C19酶的表达和活性存在差异,对儿科临床用药具有直接的作用。深入细化研究发育过程中CYP2C9和CYP2C19的变化规律及其基因多态性对其药物代谢的影响,对于提高儿童临床用药的有效性和合理性具有重要的意义。
By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad, we analyzed and summarized the changes of cytochrome P450 2C (CYP2C) metabolizing enzymes during development and the effects of the polymorphism of the enzyme on clinical medication. There are differences in the expression and activity of CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 enzymes at different ages and has a direct effect on pediatric clinical medication. In-depth refinement of CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 in the development process of CYP2C19 and its genetic polymorphisms on the drug metabolism, for improving the effectiveness and rationality of clinical medication for children is of great significance.
