目的 研究分析患艾滋病产妇的抗反转录病毒治疗与人类免疫缺陷病毒母婴阻断相关性.方法 将2013年6月~2016年4月我院收治的40例艾滋病孕妇随机纳入对照组(维乐命方案)和观察组(高效抗反转录病毒治疗方案)中,每组20例,观察记录所有患者在治疗后的临床效果.结果 观察组无HIV阳性出现,对母婴传播阻断有效率为100%.两组患者孕36周和治疗3个月后血浆病毒载量下降程度及CD4+T淋巴细胞水平升高程度均存在统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 对患艾滋病产妇进行高效抗反转录病毒治疗的临床疗效较好,能够对有效抑制病毒且使CD4+T淋巴细胞水平升高,可见该疗法具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广.
