我科1984年～1989年诊断和观察骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)28例。现将观察结果报道如下:临床资料 28例中,男17例,女11例。年龄12～63岁。就诊时病程为1个月至4年。诊断标准:根据1982年 FAB 协作组关于骨髓增生异常综合征的分型标准。骨髓细胞学和活检标本均取自髂后上棘。
Our department from 1984 to 1989 diagnosis and observation of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in 28 cases. The observations are reported as follows: Clinical data of 28 cases, 17 males and 11 females. Aged 12 to 63 years old. The duration of treatment for 1 month to 4 years. Diagnostic criteria: According to the 1982 FAB collaboration group on myelodysplastic syndrome classification criteria. Bone marrow cytology and biopsy specimens were taken from the posterior superior iliac spine.
