陕西省沙棘开发利用,在全国沙棘办和省委、省政府领导下,经过各方协作努力,充分发挥资源、科研、市场三大优势,取得了显著成绩,跻身于全国先进行列。“七五”期间主要取得以下成绩:(一)胜利完成全省沙棘资源普查工作摸清沙棘资源,是开发利用沙棘的基础和前提,是宏观决策的依据。我省吸取猕猴桃开发利用的教训,从一开始就把沙棘资源普查放在首位。在省沙棘办的领导下,从1986年至1987年用二年时间,培训了200名技术骨干,组织3000人的队伍,省地县集资60多万元,对41个县开展了大规模的详查。普查工作由省科委牵头,省农业勘测设计院和省林业科学研究所负责,制定了《陕西省
