从2014年3月1日起,我国将建立医药购销领域商业贿赂不良记录,以规范医疗卫生机构采购药品、医用设备、医用耗材等行为,制止非法交易活动,打击商业贿赂行为。国家卫生计生委日前发布的《关于建立医药购销领域商业贿赂不良记录的规定》要求,各省级卫生计生行政部门应当建立商业贿赂不良记录。各省级卫生计生行政部门应当及时在其政务网站公布商业贿赂不良记录,并在公布后一个月内报国家卫生计生委。国家卫生计生委政务网站转载各省级卫生计生行政部门公布的商业贿赂不良记录。省级卫生计生行政部门在将医药生产经营企业及其代理人列入商业贿赂不良记录前,应当书面告知当事人。当事人对
