PD型仪器用特种吸液管按沉降原理作粒度分级,用液压器作吸液定量控制器,用三通阀对仪器进行分时操作。用悬浮粒法(不烘)或直测重量法(烘干)称重。精度粘粒≤1%,效率较老型同类仪器提高4~5倍。自1922年罗宾逊根据斯托克斯沉降定律创立吸液管粒度分析方法以来,许多粒度分析工作者对这种经典分析方法做了很多改进,以提高测试精度和效率。本文所叙述的PD型土壤颗粒分析特种自控吸液仪,综合了现有同类型仪器的优点,在关键部件上做了改进,使之更加完善,同时还着重提出了新的分析方法——“悬浮土粒法”和“直测重量法”,并对吸液法中使用天然土样、吸液深度、附壁校正等问题做了探讨,以提高分析精度和效率。
PD type instrument special pipette according to the principle of sedimentation for particle size classification, using a hydraulic device as a pipetting quantitative controller, with a three-way valve on the instrument time-sharing operation. Since Robinson founded the pipette particle size analysis method based on the Stokes’ sedimentation law in 1922, many particle size analysis workers have made many improvements to this classical analysis method to improve the testing accuracy and efficiency. The PD-type soil particle analysis special automatic pipetting apparatus described in this article synthesizes the advantages of existing instruments of the same type. Improvements have been made to key components to make them more perfect. At the same time, new analysis methods have also been highlighted - " Suspended soil particle method and direct weight method, and the use of natural soil samples, suction depth, correction of the attached wall and other issues in the suction method to explore the analysis accuracy and efficiency.
