电厂建设规模不断扩大,带来了极大的社会效益及经济效益,同时也不可避免地对原来的生态环境产生一定的负面影响,对原本的地表植物产生的破坏,会直接导致水土流失现象的产生。为此,在电厂工程建设中,必须加强水土保持方案的研究,对水土保持方案进行合理编制,保证工程对环境的危害降到最低点。文章主要阐述了兴义电厂工程水土保持方案编制的目的和意义以及兴义电厂水土保持方案编制要点问题,提出了做好兴义电厂水土保持方案编制的措施。
The continuous expansion of power plant construction has brought great social and economic benefits. At the same time, it will inevitably have a certain negative impact on the original ecological environment. The destruction of the original surface plants will directly cause soil erosion produce.
