目的:探究基层放射科技师如何有效提高患者的满意度。方法:对基层放射科的技师进行调查和分析,总结并提出有效提高患者满意度、减少医疗纠纷的管理措施。从实施管理措施前后基层放射科收治的患者中各随机选取240例患者作为研究对象,对这些患者进行满意度调查问卷。比较分析实施前后医疗纠纷发生情况及患者的满意度。结果:实施之后医疗纠纷发生率明显低于实施之前,而患者的满意度却较之前有了明显的提升(P<0.05)。结论:基层放射科技师具备良好的职业道德和服务态度、熟练的掌握各项专业操作技能和理论知识、严格遵守劳动纪律能够有效提高患者的满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective: To explore how primary radiology technicians can effectively improve patient satisfaction. Methods: Investigate and analyze technicians in primary radiology department, summarize and propose management measures to effectively improve patient satisfaction and reduce medical disputes. A total of 240 patients were randomly selected from patients admitted to primary radiology department before and after the implementation of management measures. Satisfaction questionnaires were administered to these patients. Comparative analysis of the occurrence of medical disputes before and after the implementation and patient satisfaction. Results: After the implementation, the incidence of medical disputes was significantly lower than before the implementation, while the patient satisfaction was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Radiographers at the grassroots level have good professional ethics and service attitude, master various professional skills and theoretical knowledge, and strictly observe the labor discipline can effectively improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
