原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjogren’s Syndrome,pSS)是我国常见的一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,同时累及多个内脏器官,肾脏为最常见的受累器官之一。我们收集了42例pSS肾脏损害的病例,其中13例行肾活检检查,现将结果分析如下。 1 对象和方法 1.1 病例选择:选择我科1984年6月～1998年11月间符合Fox诊断标准的患者42例,其中女性40例,男性2例,平均年龄37.8±11.9岁(9岁～65岁),起病至就诊时间1年～16年,平均4.6±3.9年。 1.2 实验室检查 1.2.1 常规检查:血、尿常规,肝、肾功能,血沉
Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome (pSS) is a common chronic autoimmune disease in our country, involving multiple internal organs simultaneously. Kidney is one of the most common organs involved.
