企业在发展过程中,会定期根据市场的需求和自身的情况,制定出自身发展战略,而企业预算是发展战略得以实施的根本保证。企业通过预算管理自身各项资源,帮助企业在软硬件上进行升级。所以合理而科学的预算管理制度是企业平稳运行的保证。企业全面预算管理是一项科学合理的预算管理制度,其管理的范围包括了企业的方方面面,加强对企业全面预算管理的学习,可以帮助企业优化自身的预算管理系统。本文通过介绍企业全面预算管理的特征,分析管理模式,提出改进建议,帮助企业更好的了解全面预算管理,从而使企业改善自身的状况。
