本文报道了七个卟啉胆甾酯和它们的金属络合物的合成、结构测定及其对喉癌细胞(HEP_(-2))的光动力作用试验结果。化合物的DSC测定发现6-Cu和8-Fe有液晶转变峰,对HE-P_(-2)细胞的光敏致死率6,7,10比合合的水溶性卟啉(TPPS、TAMP)高,而比HpD低。
In this paper, the synthesis and structure determination of seven porphyrin cholesteryl esters and their metal complexes and their photodynamic activities on laryngeal carcinoma cells (HEP_ (-2)) were reported. DSC analysis of the compounds showed that the liquid crystal transition peaks of 6-Cu and 8-Fe were higher than that of the combined water-soluble porphyrins (TPPS, TAMP) in HE-P_ (-2) While lower than HpD.
