自改革开放以来,我国电子通信产业历经多年发展已经取得了长足进步,但是从整体上来看,与世界电子强国相比仍存在不小的差距。近年来,我国在手机、计算机、路由器以及集成电路等众多电子通信产品方面与诸多贸易伙伴屡次出现贸易争端,并且随着我国电子通信产业的迅猛发展,相关贸易争端正在呈现出逐年攀升的趋势;预计未来将会有更多更复杂甚至于更激烈的电子通信贸易争端显现出来。本文正是在这种背景下,从我国电子通信产业的竞争环境以及影响我国电子通信产业竞争力的重要因素对我国电子通信产业的竞争力进行客观的评价,并有针对性的制定一些提升竞争力的措施和建议,希望能为我国电子通信产业的现代化发展提供理论上的支持。
Since the reform and opening up, the electronic communications industry in our country has made great strides over the years. However, as a whole, there is still a long way to go compared with the world’s electronic powerhouses. In recent years, China has repeatedly encountered trade disputes with many trading partners in numerous electronic communication products such as mobile phones, computers, routers and integrated circuits. With the rapid development of China’s electronic communications industry, the related trade disputes are showing a trend of increasing year by year. It is expected that in the future there will be more and more complex and even more intense electronic communications trade disputes emerging. Under this background, this article objectively evaluates the competitiveness of China’s electronic communication industry from the competition environment of China’s electronic communication industry and the important factor that affects the competitiveness of China’s electronic communication industry, and makes some targeted proposals to enhance competition Power measures and suggestions, hoping to provide theoretical support for the modernization of China’s electronic communications industry.
