近年来国外对产毒型大肠杆菌(简称ETEC)引起腹泻的报道日益增多。ETEC有三类菌株,分别为LT株,ST株和同时产不耐热肠毒素和耐热肠毒素的LT/ST株。国内尚未见该类菌株引起新生儿室腹泻暴发的报道。我院新生儿科1983年10月～1984年1月发生了一次产耐热肠毒素(ST)大肠菌腹泻流行,现报告于后以引起同道们重视。
In recent years, foreign reports of diarrhea caused by toxin-producing Escherichia coli (ETEC) have been increasing. There are three types of ETEC strains: LT strain, ST strain, and LT / ST strain that produce heat-labile enterotoxin and heat-labile enterotoxin. Domestic strains of neonatal diarrhea have not yet been found in this report. Neonatology in our hospital from October 1983 to January 1984 occurred in a heat-resistant enterotoxigenic (ST) coliform diarrhea epidemic, the report is now in the future to arouse fellow attention.
