体育锻炼不仅有利于学生的身体健康,而且对于学生的心理健康和提高学生的人际交往能力也有积极的促进作用,进而提高学生的生活满足感和学习质量。对此,笔者主要从以下四个方面阐述自己的观点和粗浅体会。
