该机是在1G-150A或1G-175型旋耕机基础上改制的,不破坏原机结构,改装方便,可一机多用,曾获上海市农业科学技术奖。改制中,要增设一根轴,以改变原旋耕机刀轴的旋转方向。刀轴上换装一个刀盘(图1),刀盘由两个半圆部分组成,用连接板联成整体,上装16把刀。牵引犁(图2)则通过犁架和后悬挂点连接到旋耕机上。开沟时,刀盘旋转铣切土壤成沟,切下的土壤抛至沟两边,牵引犁则切土整形,获得所要求的沟形。
The machine is based on 1G-150A or 1G-175 rotary tiller based on the restructuring, does not undermine the original machine structure, easy modification, can be a multi-purpose machine, won the Shanghai Agricultural Science and Technology Award. In the system reform, an axis should be added to change the rotation direction of the rotary shaft of the rotary cultivator. A cutter head on the cutter shaft (Figure 1), the cutter consists of two semi-circular part, with the connection board together into the whole, the upper 16 knives. The plow (Figure 2) is connected to the rotary cultivator via the plow frame and rear suspension point. When ditching, the cutter disc rotates and mills the soil into a ditch. The excised soil is tossed to both sides of the ditch. The plow is cut and shaped to obtain the desired ditch shape.
