用反相HPLC法测定普鲁卡因和利多卡因的含量,并以外标法进行定量分析,采用238nm波长检测,Nova-ParC18柱,3.9×150mm,流动相甲醇-水-丁胺-冰醋酸(600:400:1.2:1V/F)。其中普鲁卡因的回收率99.76%,RSD0.530%。利多卡因回收率99.44%,RSD0.502%。其方法快速、准确、灵敏,样品处理简便易行。
The contents of procaine and lidocaine were determined by reversed-phase HPLC. Quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method. The detection wavelength was 238 nm, Nova-ParC18 column, 3.9 × 150 mm, mobile phase methanol-water- Glacial acetic acid (600: 400: 1.2: 1 V / F). The recovery of procaine 99.76%, RSD 0.530%. Lidocaine recovery rate of 99.44%, RSD 0.502%. The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, and sample processing is simple and easy.
