(2014年9月24日)沪府办发〔2014〕50号各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局:《上海市水务局主要职责内设机构和人员编制规定》已经市政府批准,现予印发.上海市水务局主要职责内设机构和人员编制规定根据《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于印发?上海市人民政府职能转变和机构改革方案?的通知》(厅字〔2014〕20号)的规定,设立上海市水务局,为市政府组成部门.上海市海洋局与上海市水务局合署办公.
