一、前言 我们在TC4轧棒的热处理试验中发现,在α+β相区较高温度加热、缓冷处理后,高温持久性能显著变差。例如经950℃保温1小时,以100℃/小时的冷却速度冷至500℃,再空冷处理的试样,其组织变为粗大等轴α+晶间β,如图1所示。具有这种组织的试样,在400℃、60公斤/毫米~2应力条件下,不到50小时即行断裂。当热轧加工率较小时,也出现类似的现象。
