CT的应用大为方便了脑脓肿的诊断。然而仍有某些病例的鉴别诊断较为困难,特别是与恶性肿瘤的鉴别。当在脑脓肿的早期,即脑炎期纵用CT,或CT图象不典型时,二者极难鉴别。作者介绍一种白细胞脑闪烁图(LBS)用以脑脓肿的诊断和与脑瘤的鉴别诊断。方法:用含有10ml枸椽酸葡萄糖的无菌针筒抽取病人外周静脉血50ml,加入2ml 2%甲基纤维素等渗盐水;在室温下将注射器直立静置45~60分钟;将血浆上清液移入灭菌试管内离心5分钟(300g);然后去除富含血小板的上清液,将富含白血球的余液重新混悬于2ml PH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液
The application of CT greatly facilitates the diagnosis of brain abscess.
