车型:一辆新速腾,配置1.4TSI发动机、自动空调系统。行驶里程:42643km。故障现象:行驶过程中,开启空调制冷时,出风口偶尔发生吹热风现象。故障诊断:维修人员先确认了故障现象,启动发动机,开启空调后出风口吹热风,空调不能制冷。接着使用诊断仪VAS6150对该车的空调系统进行检测,在空调控制单元中存储有故障码,如图1所示。
Model: A new Sagitar, configuration 1.4TSI engine, automatic air conditioning system. Mileage: 42643km. Symptoms: driving process, open the air conditioning and cooling, the outlet occasionally hot air blowing phenomenon. Troubleshooting: Maintenance personnel first confirmed the fault phenomenon, start the engine, open the air outlet after blowing hot air, air conditioning can not be refrigerated. Then use the diagnostic VAS6150 on the car’s air conditioning system for testing, air conditioning control unit stored in the fault code, as shown in Figure 1.
