对232例头位初产妇应用综合措施实行计划分娩。结果表明,研究组计划分娩成功率97.40％,显著高于对照组的48.00％(P<0.01);平均总产程较对照组缩短5.08h(P<0.01);剖宫产率17.24％,显著低于对照组的28.00％(P<0.01);产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率均明显降低。
232 cases of first-born primipara apply integrated measures to implement planned delivery. The results showed that the success rate of planned delivery in study group was 97.40%, significantly higher than that in control group (48.00%, P <0.01). The average length of labor was 5.08 hours shorter than that in control group (P <0.01), and the rate of cesarean section was 17.24% 28.00% of the control group (P <0.01), postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower.
