技术学习是后发企业逐步实现技术追赶的重要途径,但是行业技术周期不断缩短也加大了旧技术学习的时间成本,依靠“引进—学习—吸收—重组—创新”的知识积累线性模式已经不可持续。在这一背景下,本文以TCL集团创立的液晶面板企业——华星光电作为案例研究对象,描述了华星光电整合从模组、面板到系统的产品知识、市场需求知识以及企业上下游的外部知识,形成产品、工艺和架构的同步设计能力与建线能力,从而实现液晶面板技术快速追赶的全过程。华星光电通过知识整合实现本土企业快速追赶的案例是中国企业创新发展的有益探索,既扬弃了传统后发企业知识累积线性追赶模式,也对本土企业通过知识整合作为连接零散和破碎的知识,重构新知识的手段,为新时期本土企业技术追赶实践提供了启示。

Against this background, this article takes Huaxing Photoelectric Co., Ltd., a liquid crystal panel company founded by TCL Group as a case study object, and describes Huaxing’s integration of product knowledge from the module and panel to the system, market demand knowledge and external knowledge of upstream and downstream enterprises , The formation of products, processes and architecture of the simultaneous design capabilities and building capacity, in order to achieve rapid liquid crystal panel technology to catch up with the whole process. Huaxing Electric’s rapid catching-up of local enterprises through knowledge integration is a useful exploration of the innovation and development of Chinese enterprises. It not only discards the linear catch-up model of traditional latecomers’ knowledge accumulation, but also analyzes the fragmented and fragmented knowledge of local enterprises through knowledge integration The means of constructing new knowledge provide enlightenment for the technology catching-up practice of local enterprises in the new era.
