我们遇到3例眼球外伤破裂所致的脉络膜上腔出血,现报道如下:例1,肖××,女,66岁,半月前行“右眼白内障囊内摘除术”,既往有“高血压”病史.半小时前摔倒碰伤右眼,入院诊断右眼球破裂伤,右眼暴发性脉络膜上腔出血.上方原白内障手术之角巩膜伤口裂开,虹膜脱出,玻璃体涌出,伤口处鲜红色血液涌出,患者烦燥、恶心、呕吐、右眼疼痛,给予严密缝合伤口,压迫止血,并给止血、镇静剂及抗生素,药物降低眼压,术后患者仍烦燥、恶心、呕吐、右眼疼痛,伤口处仍可见鲜血溢出,给予镇静、止血、降眼压,以后出血逐渐减少,出院时视力光感.
