为了实现在卷绕镀膜设备设计时所预期的镀层设想,研制了连接X-Y函数记录仪的台式计算机的计算程序。借此可以得到能够表达蒸发器数目、排列方式和任意带材宽度的蒸镀曲线。这个程序在很短时间内就能给出全部参数。通过调正参数,可以找到对于保证镀层的均匀性和蒸汽损耗量都会适的排列方式。同步调整各参数,可以得到图象,从图象中选取对镀层厚度偏差和蒸汽损耗完全合适的排列,从而得到在一定情况下减少蒸发器数目的较好效果。
In order to realize the coating idea envisioned in the design of the coiling equipment, a computer program for the calculation of a desktop computer connected to the X-Y function recorder was developed. This program can give all parameters in a very short period of time. By adjusting the parameters, you can find the right arrangement for ensuring the uniformity of the coating and the amount of steam loss.
