金仲华(1907-1968),浙江桐乡人,著名国际问题专家、社会活动家。早年求学于杭州之江大学。1928年考入上海商务印书馆。先后担任《妇女生活》的助理编辑、编辑。1932年“一二八事变”后,《妇女生活》并入影响更大的《东方杂志》。金仲华经叶圣陶介绍,进入开明书店主编《中学生》杂志。20世纪30年代,由于时势的变化,国家的危亡成为中国人必须首先要面对的现实,尤其对国际形势的转变要有清醒的头脑和正确的辨别。金仲华正是在此时把工作重点转向了对国际问题的研究。1934年,他和胡愈之等一起筹办了《世界知识》杂志并任主编,所撰国际问题评论判断准确,分析透彻。同时,还主编了《世界知识丛书》,为中国人打开了透视世界风云变幻的一扇窗
Jin Zhonghua (1907-1968), Tongxiang, Zhejiang, a famous expert on international issues and a social activist.
