用玻片捕捉松针褐斑病菌分生孢子和标准株观察结果表明,在江西中部发病湿地松幼林内,终年都可捕捉到病原菌的分生孢子;降雨,高湿、露雾等气象因素对释放孢子有利;风有助于孢子的传播。6月下旬为发病盛期,9、10月间又出现一次发病高峰:分生孢子多侵染针叶的上部和中部,潜育期约10—20天;病菌在林内的传播距离一般为1-2米;植株下部和近干部的针叶受害最重。由此,采用清除病原的方法防治该病的发生和发展是切实可行的。
