重庆特殊钢(集团)公司(以下简称重特)是一个有60多年历史的老企业,为我国尖端科技和国防、汽车、机械、电子工业提供了多种优质特殊钢材。但是,由于基础薄弱,历史包袱沉重,投入不足,造成技术装备落后,主要生产设备中,属于国际水平的仅占5.9％。面对现实,重特深入贯彻《设备管理条例》,加大改革力度,积极探索和建立适应现代企业制度的设备管理新体制。
Chongqing Special Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Special”) is an old enterprise with a history of more than 60 years and has provided various high-quality special steel products for China’s cutting-edge technology, national defense, automobile, machinery and electronics industries. However, due to the weak foundation, the heavy burden of history and insufficient input, the backward technology and equipment have led to only 5.9% of the major production equipment belonging to the international standard. In the face of reality, we have made great efforts to thoroughly implement the “Regulations on the Management of Equipment”, intensify the reform efforts and actively explore and establish a new system of equipment management that is adaptable to the modern enterprise system.
