利用中华猕猴桃(Aclinidia chinensis)与毛花猕猴挑(A.ericantha)进行远缘杂交,选育出了江山娇、重瓣、满天星等三个适于观尝栽培的优良品种.还在选育工作中探索了克服杂交亲本花期不遇的有效方法,合理地选配杂交组合,有效地提高了杂种结实率.对 F_1代的形态、生物学特性、细胞学等进行了观察比较.
Using Aclinidia chinensis and A. ericantha for distant hybridization, three excellent cultivars of Jiangshanjiao, Double-lobe and Gypsophila paniculata were bred. In the breeding work, effective methods to overcome the infancy of hybrid parents were explored, and the combination of crosses was rationally selected to effectively increase the seed setting rate. Morphological characteristics, biological characteristics and cytology of F 1 generation were observed and compared.
