报道了一种适合于工作在毫米波段的新型平面回音壁摸介质谐振器的实验研究,实验工作在Ka波段进行。测试结果包括谐振频率和有载Q值。同时还讨论了平面回音壁模介质谐振器在毫米波电路中的应用,研制了一个由该谐振器构成的Ka波段微带型定向滤波器。实验结果表明:平面回音壁模介质谐振器在毫米波段具有尺寸大,Q值高,谐振频谱纯和易于实现集成电路等优点。
An experimental study of a new type of planar whispering wall PZM working in the millimeter wave band is reported. The experimental work is carried out in the Ka wave band. Test results include resonant frequency and load Q value. At the same time, the application of plane acoustic wall mode dielectric resonator in millimeter wave circuit is discussed and a Ka-band microstrip directional filter composed of the resonator is developed. The experimental results show that the plane-echo wall-mode dielectric resonator has the advantages of large size, high Q value, pure resonance spectrum and easy realization of an integrated circuit in the millimeter wave band.
