基于IPCC(2006)自上而下一阶估算的参考方法,首先测算分析了内蒙古自治区2000~2014年的第三产业碳排放的情况;其次,分析其排放特征,得出内蒙古第三产业具有碳排放占比逐步趋稳、能源消耗以煤炭为主和传统行业碳排放占比较高的特征;最后,结合内蒙古地区的产业及人文自然环境特点,提出了内蒙古第三产业发展的建议和措施。
Based on IPCC (2006) reference method for top-down first-order estimation, we first calculate and analyze the situation of the third industry carbon emissions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2000 to 2014. Secondly, we analyze the emission characteristics of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2000 to 2014, The proportion of emissions gradually stabilizes, the energy consumption mainly consists of coal and the carbon emissions of traditional industries occupy a relatively high proportion. Finally, according to the characteristics of industrial and cultural natural environment in Inner Mongolia, suggestions and measures for the development of the tertiary industry in Inner Mongolia are put forward.
