浙江省地质调查院成立于1999年10月,是浙江省国土资源厅直属的地质科研事业单位,主要从事国家和浙江省政府下达的区域性、基础性、公益性地质调查和战略性矿产资源勘查工作,为政府国土资源规划、管理和合理开发利用提供科学依据,并向社会提供地学信息服务。院下设院长办公室、技术部、财务部和组织人事部等4个职能部门和基础地质调查所、环境地质调查所、矿产资源研究所、地质信息技术所、工程物探技术所等5个专业所。现有专业技术人员140余人,拥有一支专业较齐全、结构较合理的技术骨干队伍。地质工作涉及到基础地质、矿产地质、农业地质、城市地质、灾害地质、矿山环境地质、地质遗迹、地热勘查等。我院以满足浙江省经济社会发展对地质工作的需求为目标,确立了“国家、省级的基础性、公益性、战略性(简称‘三性’)地质工作与省国土资源管理专业基础平台两大支柱,以及地质工作有偿服务作为重要补充”的经营模式。坚持“识别需求、规范管理、持续改进、顾客满意”的质量方针,2003年通过了ISO9001:2000质量管理体系论证,公益性地质调查工作成果明显。自1999年以来,共承担国家和省下达的各类“三性”地质调查及地质料研项目41项,获得设计优秀8项、最终成果优秀5项。同时,承担并完成了100多项市(区)、县级政府委托的各类环境地质调查评价项目。尤其是我院目前承担的“浙江省农业地质环境调查”和“杭州市城市地质调查”两项大型综合研究项目属全国示范性项目。“浙江省农业地质环境调查”的开展,已成为全国实践地质工作根本转变的重要标志。

Geological work involves basic geology, mineral geology, agricultural geology, urban geology, disaster geology, geological environment of mining, geological relics, geothermal exploration and so on. Our hospital to meet the economic and social development in Zhejiang Province for the geological needs of the work as the goal, established a “national, provincial basic, non-profit, strategic (referred to as ’three’) and provincial land and resources management professional platform Two pillars, and paid compensation for geological work as an important supplement ”business model. Adhere to the “identification of needs, standardized management, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction,” the quality policy, in 2003 passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system demonstration, public welfare geological survey results. Since 1999, it has undertaken 41 national and provincial “three-nature” geological survey and geological materials research projects, obtained 8 outstanding designs and 5 excellent final results. At the same time, it undertook and completed more than 100 environmental geology survey and evaluation projects commissioned by more than 100 municipal (district) and county governments. In particular, the two large-scale comprehensive research projects undertaken by our institute, “Investigation of Agricultural Geological Environment in Zhejiang Province” and “Investigation of Urban Geology in Hangzhou City”, belong to the national demonstration projects. The “Investigation of Agricultural Geological Environment in Zhejiang Province” has become an important symbol of the fundamental transformation of geological practice in China.
