基于轧辊铸锭传热机理,建立了轧辊铸锭过程的物理模型。并对所建立物理模型进行数学描述,建立了温度场的三维数学模型。通过实验得到铸锭过程的温度场分布实测值,通过对比确定模拟结果的准确性及精度范围。针对不同材料的大型轧辊的温度场进行模拟,得到了不同材料冷却过程的温度场分布云图,以及表面涂料对冷却过程的影响。通过模拟和实验的对比分析,改进并优化模型,得到更优的模型和模拟方案。
Based on the heat transfer mechanism of roll ingot, the physical model of roll ingot process was established. The mathematical model of the established physical model is described, and a three-dimensional mathematical model of the temperature field is established. Through the experiment, the measured value of the temperature distribution in the process of ingot ingot is obtained. The accuracy of the simulation result and the range of accuracy are confirmed by comparison. According to the simulation of the temperature field of large rolls with different materials, the temperature field distributions of different materials during cooling process and the influence of surface coatings on the cooling process were obtained. Through the comparative analysis of simulation and experiment, the model is improved and optimized, and the better model and simulation scheme are obtained.
