In December 2001, 27 public classes in more than 40 elementary schools in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City were held in Chaotian Primary School in the district. 9 subject examples including Chinese, mathematics, English, art, nature, and Sipin exhibited their teaching reform achievements. This is an exhibition review of the “Quality Education Teaching System” and “Quality Personalization” educational experiment results held in Yuexiu District. It is reported that Yuexiu District has conducted 10 years of “target teaching” research, and on this basis, the quality education system has been further studied. A comprehensive study of the teaching work system in quality education has been implemented to realize the teaching philosophy.
