目的研究新疆5个民族HBV基因型分布特征。方法应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)和反向点杂交法检测620例样本中HBV-DNA载量和基因型,并经DNA测序对反向点杂交HBV分型结果进行验证。结果汉族、维族、哈族、蒙古族、回族C型分别为52.65%、61.96%、61.53%、73.53%、71.43%,B型分别为37.14%、14.13%、15.38%、5.88%、14.28%,D型分别为6.94%、23.37%、20.28%、20.59%、7.14%,B/C混合型占2.45%、0.54%、2.80%、0、7.14%,C/D混合型和B/D混合型仅检出1例。结论新疆地区5个民族HBV的基因型主要以C型和B型为主,其次是D型和B/C混合型。
Objective To study the distribution of HBV genotypes in 5 ethnic groups in Xinjiang. Methods The HBV DNA load and genotype in 620 samples were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and reverse dot blot hybridization. The results of HBV DNA typing in reverse hybridization were verified by DNA sequencing. Results The C genotypes of Han, Uygur, Kazak, Mongol and Hui were 52.65%, 61.96%, 61.53%, 73.53% and 71.43% respectively, while the B genotypes were 37.14%, 14.13%, 15.38%, 5.88% and 14.28% D type were 6.94%, 23.37%, 20.28%, 20.59% and 7.14% respectively, and B / C mixed type accounted for 2.45%, 0.54%, 2.80% and 0,7.14% Only one case was detected. Conclusion The genotypes of HBV in five ethnic groups in Xinjiang are mainly C type and B type, followed by D type and B / C mixed type.
